Returns:
It is a duty for us to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. The return period is 48 hours after the date of receipt (Canada Post confirms the delivery date). In the rare cases where you received a defective and/or damaged product or if you have not received what you ordered, you must contact us at: info@caniswear.com. We'll send you the procedure for the exchange. You must return the goods within 7 days after the date of receipt. We wish to clarify that we do not refund. By against it, we will be happy to offer you an exchange up to your full satisfaction. Items returned have to be in perfect condition for resale. The customer has the responsibility to ensure that the product is packed safely in order to avoid any damage during the transport. The costs of transport and handling is the customer's responsibility for any returns of merchandise. Delivery costs will be applied on goods replacement.
Shipping costs:
We use Canada Post for all deliveries. A fee of delivery are applicable on all orders. We are not responsible for parcels delivered late by Canada Post. When a package is considered lost by Canada Post according to their own rules of practice, we will refund or replace the goods. If the package is damaged during transport, please refuse the delivery because the damage occured during transportation & Canada Post will be responsible for it.
