We are not responsible for parcels delivered late by
Canada Post. When a package is considered lost by Canada Post according
to their own rules of practice, we will refund or replace the goods. If the
package is damaged during transport, please refuse the delivery because the
damage occured during transportation & Canada Post will be responsible for
it.
It is a duty for us to ensure that your order is
delivered to you in perfect condition. The return period is 7 days after the
date of receipt (Canada Post confirms the delivery date). In the rare cases
where you received a defective and/or damaged product, you would like to
exchange the size, or if you have not received what you ordered, you must

for resale. The customer has the responsibility to ensure that the product is
packed safely in order to avoid any damage during the transport. The costs of
transport and handling is the customer's responsibility for any returns of
